Mr. McGuire is an award winning Professional Land Surveyor whom is licensed in the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. With over 35 years of experience in a wide variety of surveying, Mr. McGuire is responsible for organization, scheduling, supervising, and managing personnel resources and the equipment necessary to complete all of surveying and mapping operations of GeoTrek Environmental and Surveying LLC. This work has included, but not limited to, boundary, title, topographic, GPS control, right-of-way and riparian surveys.
Mr. McGuire has supervised survey work for large-scale residential and industrial developments from acquisition of land to construction stake out and preparation of final surveys. This survey work has been for both private and public clients for a varied range of parcel sizes and types including large-tract single- and multi-family housing; environmentally- sensitive projects; and rights-of-way for various road-ways & railroads throughout New Jersey and
Pennsylvania. In addition, he has experience supervising field personnel under OSHA Construction and the Hazardous site requirements for remediation projects.
